Palermitana Chicken Cutlets

One of our favorite Sicilian specialties, conveniently prepared for you & ready to cook! Grade A chicken cutlets coated with our flavorful homemade Palermitana bread crumb mix (bread crumbs, parsley, Parmigiano Reggiano, scallions, and garlic), which keep the tender chicken moist and delicious throughout the cooking process. You can be creative when you prepare these at home - simply bake of pan fry them on their own and serve with our mixed roasted vegetables, or put them into a baking dish with your choice of cheese, veggies, and/or sauce and create something totally original!
