  • The Catering and Home Shopping department is available 8am-7pm seven days a week.

  • ONLINE ORDER RETURN POLICY: All returns must be made within 4 days of purchase and proof of purchase is required (receipt). If the amount of the return is under $10 depending on the circumstances we will issue a credit back to your card for that item. Any claims over $10 will be at the discretion of the manager and handled on a case by case basis. We ask that you do not discard the product until speaking with us. In some instances we may pick up the product or ask for photos.

  • Delivery is available seven days a week from 9am-8pm.

  • Please place your catering and pastry orders 48 hours in advance.

  • Please be advised all necessary service utencils are included with Catering Orders however paper goods are not. They can be provided upon request for an additional cost.

  • All food is delivered cold or room temperature, we do not delivery any food hot. Chafing stands can be provided upon request for an additional cost.

  • A full itemized receipt is included with your delivery.

  • Menu & prices are subject to change without notice due to availability and market conditions. Prices do not include tax. 

  • We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Credit card information is required upon placement of your order.

  • Minimum order for delivery required; (for delivery minimums please call 212-452-0690 ext 1). Delivery charges are determined based on location.

  • Catering cancellation policy: We ask that you give us 24 hours notice to cancel any order. Due to the time and material involved in the preparation of catering and pastry orders, Agata & Valentina reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order for all orders not cancelled within 24 hours.
