We offer full scale butcher services, and are happy (even excited) to custom cut to your specifications. We source genuine, dry-aged Prime Beef, Organic Poultry, and Berkshire Pork, as well as Grass-Fed and Organic Beef from top local and national producers. Our fabulous team of butchers makes our fresh sausages, including hot and sweet Italian, Ragusana, lamb, veal, fresh turkey, and chicken varieties, from scratch behind the counter every day.
