We’re proud to announce that we will be resuming our delivery services to the Hamptons this Summer! Starting MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, we will be making deliveries out East every Tuesday and Friday. So, whether you’re heading out for the weekend or an extended stay you can now get all of your favorite A&V products delivered right to your door! Fresh Produce, Fish, Meat, Homemade Pasta, Pastries, Chef Prepared Meals and so much more!

Delivery Days/Times

Starting Friday May 28th 2021

Tuesday & Friday Delivery ONLY 11am-3pm

Order must be submitted by 5pm the day before (5pm Monday for Tuesday Delivery and 5pm Thursday for Friday delivery.)

Due to the distance from NYC we cannot guarantee an exact time or smaller delivery window. All deliveries will arrive sometime between 11am-3pm on your designated deliver day.

When is the deadline for Tuesday or Friday delivery?

Order must be submitted by 5pm the day before (5pm Monday for Tuesday Delivery and 5pm Thursday for Friday delivery.

Can I add to my order?

Yes! You can ADD/EDIT/DELETE products from your order by logging into your account. For more information on editing your order CLICK HERE

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

The shopper will call you with possible substitutions, and if they cannot reach you the item will be omitted and you will not be charged for the item.

Will you let me know when you're close?

Yes! Our driver will call you when they are about 15 minutes away from your delivery location, make sure someone is home to receive the delivery.

Will I get a confirmation email?

Yes, if you place your order online you will receive an email confirmation once your order is submitted. You will also receive an email when your order is shopped with your finalized receipt. If you place your order over the phone you can provide your email address to our Home Shopping Team Member and they can scan a copy of your invoice to you. You will get an itemized receipt with your delivery as well.

I just placed my order online and the amount charged to my card is higher than the amount of my total at checkout, why was I overcharged?

When you order online an additional 20% is added to the total amount to account for any weight variances or substitutions. This is NOT a charge it is a pre-authorization hold that is released when your order is processed. Once the shopper has completed your order and the items are brought to the register they are scanned and you are only charged for the items that you receive. You will get an itemized receipt with your delivery and it will also be emailed to you when your order is completed.
