All Gourmet 2 Go meals are delivered chilled to ensure maximum freshness. By preparing each meal and immediately chilling it, we preserve both quality and flavor.

For your convenience, all meals are packaged in microwave-safe containers, making reheating quick and effortless. Every order also includes easy-to-follow reheating instructions.

Upon delivery, please place your meals in the refrigerator immediately. We recommend enjoying each meal by the "Best By" date listed on the container lid. If you do not plan to consume your meals before that date, most items can be frozen. Simply place them in the freezer on or before the listed expiration date, and they will remain fresh for up to one month. Please note that fish, sushi, and fresh greens should not be frozen.
