In our Sushi Department, we use only the freshest, highest quality fish brought in from the market each morning. Our selection is replenished all day long by our masterful sushi chefs, who work right in front of your eyes from morning until night. If you are looking for something you can’t find on our Sushi Menu, we are very happy to create custom maki, nigiri, and sashimi combinations upon request.
