Agata & Valentina’s pizzas and focaccias are made from scratch by hand every morning by our skilled pizzaiolo, Caesar. Baked in our traditional stone pizza oven, they can easily be confused with the best you’ll find in Italy.

This is one of our favorite pizzas. Satisfyingly square-shaped (with those yummy corners people seem to like so much), this pizza is topped with our house-made pomodoro sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, oregano, and a touch of sea salt and extra virgin olive oil. It’s a simple delight.

Torta Pasqualina

Torta Pasqualina is a traditional Italian Easter item originating in Liguria. We make it all year because it’s just so good. This savory tart consists of a light filling of shredded spinach, Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh ricotta cheeses, and eggs within a delicate pastry crust.
