Agata & Valentina strongly supports the movement toward local, sustainable sources for the foods we consume every day. Whenever it’s feasible, we try to incorporate products from local farms and producers into our inventory. By definition most of these local products cycle in and out with the seasons, so the best way to follow the comings and goings is to look for our “LOCAL” signs throughout the store.
We encourage you to explore our Seasonal Fruit & Vegetable Calendar to get an idea of the local produce available in New York State during any given month. Product availability is determined by weather and harvest conditions, and while we try to carry as many local, seasonal items as we can, we can’t guarantee that a specific product will be in stock at a specific time. If you are interested in particular items, please call us to confirm their availability.
