A&V Sicilian Honeys

Our private label Sicilian honeys are gathered and packaged for us in the hills near Agata’s home town of Catania, on the east coast of the island. The sunny, dry climate of Sicily somehow makes the flavors and aromas of everything that grows there exponentially more intense than those you’ll experience anywhere else. This intensity and clarity of flavor absolutely translate to the honeys produced in Sicily.
Pure Honey Varieties: Eucalyptus, Chestnut, Wild Flower, Prickly Pear.
Honey with Fruit Purees: Hazelnut, Tangerine, Strawberry, Mulberry, Peach.

Our A&V Sicilian Jams & Marmalades are made for us by a fantastic producer on that Mediterranean isle from local fruits. The brilliant flavors of Sicilian berries, stone fruits and citrus practically explode from each jar.

Organic Australian Leatherwood Honey

This fantastic, aromatic leatherwood honey is gathered exclusively from World Heritage Wilderness areas on the west coast of Tasmania, Australia. These wilderness areas are completely free from pesticides and artificial fertilizers, which makes this honey naturally organic.
