Poilâne Loaf

This is the signature hand-crafted loaf from the famed family-run Poilâne bakery in Paris. Baked in a wood-burning oven, this dense, fragrant, slightly tangy sourdough loaf acquires a thick, golden crust, which carries the signature mark “P” for Poilâne. This bread is well suited to soft cheeses, cured meats, and smoked salmon. The size of the slices also makes them excellent for sandwiches.
