We are seeking a Human Resources intern. The successful candidate will work closely with the Human Resources Department, assisting in several projects. This is not the position for someone who only wants to do data entry all day. This internship is designed to be a positive and exceptional learning experience for someone who is serious about becoming a human resources professional. Italian Sous Chef

The ideal candidate will have Italian food experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with plenty of growth potential. Essential Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a sous chef
- Authentic regional Italian cooking experience a must / emphasis on Sicilian cuisine preferred
- Experience making homemade pasta including filled pastas
- Knowledge of recipe writing, costing and inventory control
-Training and Supervisory experience a must
- High volume cooking experience desirable
